Return & Exchange Policy

 

  • Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number to be put on your return package prior to sending any item back.
  • Because each item is meticulously checked by our staff before packing for any possible irregularities and due to the fact that we pride on selling never-tried on, only brand new shoes, no footwear can be returned.
  • If you choose to exchange the same product for a different size and if such replacement is available, please note that there will be a 35% restocking fee. We can only send you the replacement once your original product has been verified to be in original, unworn/unused condition. You must pay your own exchange return shipping and the replacement shipping fee.
  • We do not accept exchange for any item that is not in original condition. If your exchange is not accepted, then no replacement will be issued and it will be your decision as to what you want us to do with your product. This must be communicated within 48 hours once we notify you that your exchange has arrived. If you should decide to want the item returned back to you, you will be charged a return shipping fee.
